Immune Booster Facial Steam

Bay Leaf has healing and antiviral properties. Boosts immunity and relieves headaches.

Peppermint opens pores in the body and gives an escape route for excess heat when you have a fever. It’s refreshing, cooling & helps with congestion, sinuses and headaches.

Neem is high in vitamin C & A, two immune boosting vitamins. It’s antifungal, antibacterial, antiseptic, & anti-inflammatory properties help fight infections. 

Sage is an anti-bacterial and a natural antiseptic that is high in vitamin K, vitamin C, and vitamin A, essential vitamins to help build immunity.

Directions: Clean your face thoroughly to ensure you get the most out of your facial steam.  Boil 2 cups of water & add 1/3 cup of mix to the pot, boil for an additional 3 minutes. Transfer the water & herbs into a bowl, be careful not to splash as you pour the hot water. Hover over the steaming water with a clean towel to trap the steam. Stay at a comfortable distance to avoid overheating. Steam for 5-10 minutes
