Hot Oil Treatment: Boil 2-3 cups of water, place the bottle into hot water for 2 minutes and apply from scalp to ends of hair. OR microwave some oil in a microwave safe bowl.
Put on a plastic cap and sit for at least 30 minutes before rinsing. For best results, use a heating cap or hot towel on top of the plastic cap to maintain heat and stimulate the roots.
